- 1 / 5By TerriI ordered a foot long sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread. I thought the bread was dark but since that is not the bread I usually order I didn't say anything. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich you could smell that it was burnt. The bread was very hard on the ends and crumbled like burnt toast. I called them and spoke to the manager. She said I could come in for a replacement sandwich but I live over 30 miles away. When I told her that she stated that was all she could do, with a very cheerful "sorry about that". There is no way they couldn't know the tray of bread had burned because I'm sure it wasn't only one. Very poor response from the person calling herself the manager.February 25, 2017
